Lovesong - A Tribute to The Cure

Oscura Presents:

Lovesong - Tribute to The Cure - https://thecuretribute.com

feat. First Wave

---

“LOVESONG brings you an amazing show like you are at a real Cure concert. Rusty Wilmot is Robert Smith personified on stage and people have mistaken him for the real front man on many occasions. The band has spent hundreds of hours to reproduce the exact sounds of every song, along with a mesmeric visual show of lights and video to add to the Cure concert style experience.”

“First Wave is a nationally touring five-piece band dedicated to celebrating the timeless hits of the new wave and alternative scenes of the ‘70s, ‘80s, and ‘90s. Paying tribute to legends like The Cure, Depeche Mode, Duran Duran, INXS, The Smiths, and David Bowie, First Wave captures the essence of these iconic eras with a setlist that spans the best of synth-pop, goth, and alternative rock. Their performances offer a nostalgic yet fresh take on the music that shaped generations, with energy and passion that’s as electrifying today as it was decades ago.”

Oscura Presents:

Worst Party Ever

with

Lowtalk

Spanish Bombs

---

"If there was any question whether a band called Worst Party Ever qualifies as emo, consider that their debut, Dartland, has a house on the cover. But as the genre has become ever more atomized and antic since their formation in 2014, the Seattle-via-Sarasota quartet have distinguished themselves in reverse, functioning at an even, slightly elevated emotional keel. Songwriter Andy Schueneman experiences the same communication breakdowns and spiritual crises as his peers, but instead of screaming into the void, he offers a shrug and a shoulder to lean on."

Lesa Silvermore Band

TV Breakup Scene

---

"Founded in Tampa in 2023, Persephone’s Choice is making waves as one of Florida’s freshest rock n’ roll bands. The all-female group puts a slick twist on the hearty sound of 70’s nostalgia, infusing it with anthemic power. Their sound continues to evolve into a uniquely modern fusion that engages audiences of all genres.

They released their highly-anticipated debut single “Hold Me Down” in November 2023, followed by “Waterfall” and “Demons” soon after. The band has landed supporting slots for artists like The All-American Rejects, Hannah Wicklund, and Judah & the Lion, and they have more shows as well as new music on the horizon.

Persephone’s Choice consists of Courtney Bradley (vocals/guitar), Lydia Krisztina (lead guitar), Mac Bassham (bass), and Dom Montanez (drums)"

The Dialogue w/ Kristopher James

Oscura Presents:

The Dialogue

with

Kristopher James

---

"The Dialogue is a dynamic Florida-based original band that blends a wide range of musical influences into a captivating and distinctive sound. Fronted by the multi-talented duo of Angela Galestro and Paul Cuevas, The Dialogue fuses elements of rock, blues, salsa, classical, folk, pop, jazz, and classic rock into a rich musical tapestry that defies categorization.

Angela Galestro, the band’s lead singer, songwriter, keyboardist, and flutist, brings profound emotional depth and musical virtuosity to the group. Her powerful vocals and effortless piano work are central to The Dialogue's sound. Paul Cuevas shares lead vocals and songwriting duties, contributing on keyboard and rhythm guitar. Together, Angela and Paul’s harmonies create an enchanting blend, delivering lyrics rich in metaphor and poetry.

The Dialogue originated from Angela and Paul’s enduring friendship, which has proven fertile ground for their collaborative creativity. Their eclectic songwriting process often emerges from spontaneous jams or deeply shared emotional currents, showcased in their debut album, "Begin Again."

The band’s lineup is completed by Jonathan Smith on lead guitar, Aaron Nix on percussion, and Cameron Kayne on bass. Each member brings a strong academic background in music, with extensive training and degrees in classical and jazz studies. Despite their formal training, The Dialogue transcends traditional boundaries with boundless creativity and a high-powered musical relationship."

Sons of Paradise & TreeHouse! w/ Akiva

Oscura Presents:

TreeHouse! & Sons of Paradise

with

Akiva

---

Sons of Paradise

"Sons of Paradise is a reggae-rock band proudly hailing from Raleigh, North Carolina. Founded in 2009 by high school friends Matt McClanahan (lead vocals/rhythm guitar), Jordan Gee (keyboards/organ), and Connor McClanahan (bass guitar), Sons of Paradise has risen to playing headlining venues across the country as well as supporting artists such as Tropodelic, Bumpin Uglies, The Elovators, Inner Circle, Beres Hammond, and many more.

Additionally Sons of Paradise has delighted fans at festivals including Reggae Rise Up Vegas and Reggae Rise Up Florida. Joined in 2023 by Joe Conroy (lead guitar) and Storm Adams (drums), Sons of Paradise has its best lineup yet.

Sons of Paradise's sound is hard to confine to one genre. An eclectic blend of powerful lyricism with playful hooks, elements of driving yet smooth lead guitar, complemented by melodic keyboard and organ, Sons of Paradise's songs continue to push the boundaries of what might be considered "strictly reggae." However dont be fooled, the reggae style in Sons of Paradise comes through beautifully with roots style drum and bass mixed with traditional reggae guitar and keyboard, creating well balanced crave worthy songs that you'll want to listen to over and over again."

TreeHouse!

"If Pink Floyd jammed with Bob Marley & The Wailers , their sound might come close to TreeHouse! Between the Caribbean Sea and California coastline borne a cornucopia of vibes in the form of TreeHouse! Hailing from the beaches of the Carolinas with an engagingly positive message and energetic live show, this artist chants conscious awareness through bouncing hooks and singable melodies that have contributed heavily to the American Reggae genre, jam scene, festival circuits, healing communities, and beyond. Having supported musical legends like 311 , Stick Figure, Dirty Heads, SOJA, Matisyahu , Michael Franti, Steel Pulse, Mike Love, Wookiefoot, The Wailers and more over the last decade, TreeHouse! has developed a modest cult following, with over 7 million streams across platforms, and listeners reporting significant, life-changing therapeutic improvements through catharsis directly attributed to the TreeHouse! experience, attesting that this music resonates deeply in its ancient sacred power to heal hearts and minds."
